YH Wellness Return & Refund Policy
At YH Wellness, we take great care in formulating and delivering high-quality skincare products designed for safe and effective use.
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The item was not delivered as described
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Refunds & Replacements
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- You may receive a replacement at no cost, or
- A refund to your original payment method
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
